The RAGVAM Candle
RAGVAM, meaning ancestor in Cornish, is an essential oil blend created to support connection with, or honouring of, loved ones who have passed—especially during Samhain/ All Hallows Eve, the liminal time when the veil between worlds is thinnest.
The RAGVAM blend
Blended together, Jasmine, Juniper Berry, Sandalwood, Rose, Vetiver and Vanilla essential oils weave a fragrant path between worlds—helping create a sacred and supporting connection, remembrance, and honouring of ancestors and loved ones passed.
Pure essential oils are hand blended with a bespoke blend of sustainable soy, coconut and rapeseed wax. Hand poured in small batches in Cornwall, into real amber glass. Learn more about our materials and sustainability here.

Jasmine is uplifting and heart-opening. Associated with divine love and spiritual connection, its high frequency elevates both heart and spirit, offering comfort and a sense of closeness to those in the unseen realms.
Juniper Berry is cleansing and protective. Traditionally used to purify and ward off negativity, it clears away emotional heaviness and prepares a sacred space for remembrance and spiritual work.
Sandalwood is deeply grounding yet uplifting. Long used in prayer, meditation, and ancestral rites, it creates a calm, sacred atmosphere that supports reflection and communion with the spirit world.
Rose is the quintessential heart oil. Resonating with love, memory, and healing, it helps soften grief while opening the heart to unconditional love and remembrance.

Please follow the correct safety measures to ensure you get the most out of your candle. Along with the importance of safety, the correct care can also prolong the life of your candle.
- Ensure you trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn, this will help for a clean burn and will control the size of the flame on your candle.
- Allow the wax to melt until it reaches the edges of your jar before you extinguish as this will create a candle memory and a clean even burn in the future and help to prevent tunnelling, but never burn your candles longer than 2-3 hours for small candles, and up to 4 hours for medium and above sized candles.
- Always trim the wick after each burn. Always have a minimum 10cm gap between candles for safety.
- When there is 1/2 an inch of wax remaining in the jar discontinue use as this will prevent possible damage to the jar or the surface the candle is sitting on.
- Never Leave burning candles unattended or use as a night light. When handling your candle when lit or just after, please ensure you hold at the bottom of the glass where it is cooler.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
