APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
New Client appointments are up to 90 minutes long and are available on Sundays in Marhamchurch near Bude, Cornwall or Monday to Wednesday online via zoom. Please find the Marmamchurch address and directions HERE.
Please wear warm, comfortable, loose clothing, including socks. Leggings, jogging trousers or yoga pants, for example, are preferred, as I will be moving your legs during the session.
Please do not take any nutritional supplements in the 24 hours before your appointment (do take prescribed medication though).
Please ensure you are not hungry when you come to your appointment.
And finally, if relevant, please feel free to bring with you any unusual foods you would like tested and any supplements you have at home (as long as they're still in date).
The balance of payment is due at the end of your appointment, with cash or card. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow someone else to take your appointment.
